Mindfulness Meditation Training
Ten week class providing mindfulness/awareness training, various
guided meditations and other helpful techniques for reducing suffering
and increasing peace and well-being. The program will help you to
learn and integrate mindfulness into your everyday life; to grow, heal,
and live life more fully.
Meditation Practice Groups
Ongoing weekly sitting and support groups to help you maintain and
strengthen your meditation practice. Includes brief instruction,
practice time and discussion.
Life Coaching
Individualized meetings to help you determine and achieve your
personal life goals. Utilizing spirituality-based resources to facilitate
direction, meaning, purpose and fulfillment.
Guide for Living Happy and Well Workshop
A ten week workshop providing lessons on cultivating happiness,
compassion and peacefulness.
